By purchasing the ultimate pass, you agree that you understand that the motorized equipment damage insurance included in this package has a value of USD 20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars). This insurance coverage has a deductible of 5% of the vehicle value. You understand and agree that any damage up to USD 1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) is not considered deductible and must be covered by you. The insurance covers damages from USD 1,001.00 (one thousand one dollars) up to the total value of USD $20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars).
