Wild Canyon Prepay Credit – Terms & Conditions

At Wild Canyon, we want your adventure planning to be simple, transparent, and worry-free. Please take a moment to review the Terms & Conditions for the Wild Canyon Prepay Credit so you know exactly how and when you can use it.

1. Validity

  • Wild Canyon Prepay Credit is valid for 6 months after the purchase date.

  • Unused balances will automatically expire and cannot be extended.

2. Usage

  • Prepay Credit may only be redeemed through the official Wild Canyon website: wildcanyon.com.mx.

  • Credit can be applied toward any available product, including tours, park passes, and experiences.

  • If the selected product exceeds the available credit balance, the customer may pay the difference using other accepted payment methods.

  • Multiple credits may not be combined for a single transaction unless otherwise authorized.

  • Credit is only available for use on our official website.

3. Restrictions

  • Prepay Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or partial reimbursements.

  • Prepay Credit is non-transferable except when purchased as a gift.

4. Limited-Time Offer

  • Wild Canyon Prepay Credit is only available for purchase until December 7, 2025. After this date, it will no longer be sold.

  • All purchases made before December 7 remain valid under these Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Prepay Credit is purchased.

  • Lost or stolen Prepay Credit codes will not be reissued or refunded.

6. Liability

  • Wild Canyon is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Prepay Credit.

  • Wild Canyon reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Prepay Credit if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Modifications

  • Wild Canyon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • The version of the Terms & Conditions available at the time of purchase will apply to each transaction.
