Dual Experience

Adults: +11 years old | Kids: 4 – 10  years old

Tour Time: 30 min approximately per activity.

Total Duration: 4 hours approximately, with transportation and free time at the park considered.

• $25 USD Park Entrance Fee is mandatory per person.
• If you want to bring your mirrorless, dslr or action camera, you'll need to purchase a camera pass.
• The use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
• With your safety in mind, the use of handheld cameras is not permitted during the activities.
• Accidents caused by the use of cameras or mobile devices during the course of the activity are not covered by accident insurance; customer must pay for all expenses.
• We recommend you come with comfortable clothes, closed shoes, biodegradable sun protection and bug repellent.
• We invite you to bring a water bottle

ATTENTION PLEASE

• To drive a vehicle, the driver must present a valid driver’s license and have more than 18 years old.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate for your safety and your baby.
• We recommend you have previous experience in extreme outdoor activities.
• People with heart, back, neck, visual, motor, or respiratory impairment or limited mobility problems, as well as those with vertigo, fear of heights, and osteoporosis, will not be allowed to participate in some activities.
• Fit enough to walk about 45 minutes in intervals of 5 – 20 minutes on varied terrain.
• If, for some reason, one of our guides or security staff does not consider that you carry out the activity for any logical circumstance, we ask you to collaborate to stay safe.
• We have minimum and maximum weights and ages to participate in per activity; Please check our table of Weights & Ages per activity before booking.

Pay attention and follow the instructions all the time to avoid accidents and make the most out of your experience.

• Wear comfortable clothes with your bathing suit underneath, along with closed-toe sports shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a cap. In cooler months, bring a sweatshirt or jacket, as well as your towel.
• Have your driver's license ready if you plan to drive motorized vehicles and ensure you meet the legal age requirement. Collision insurance is mandatory if you want to drive a motorized vehicle. You can add the motorized insurance of the vehicle you want to drive to your order or choose to pay upon arrival.
• Join our ecological movement by bringing your water bottle or purchasing one at the park. Cash or payment methods are essential for souvenirs, food, and other services available, including our souvenir shop, photo center, equipment rental, and restaurant.
• Safety is our priority, so please pay attention and follow instructions at all times to prevent accidents. For your safety and to preserve the experience, the use of cameras is not permitted. Our professional photographers will capture your adventure moments.
• Remember to bring cash, credit, or debit cards for additional services not included. Dress comfortably in closed shoes, wear a hat or cap, and don't forget your sunglasses. Biodegradable sunscreen is strongly recommended to protect yourself and the environment.
• During your activity, focus is crucial to avoid accidents, so please refrain from using cell phones. Please note that accidents resulting from mobile device use will not be covered by accident insurance, and customers will be responsible for all expenses incurred.

Free round-trip transportation is available by purchasing this activity.

• Pick-up time depends on your hotel location, you'll receive an email with confirmation for your pick up.
• Transport is group transportation, so we will pick up other people before arriving to the park for the tour.
• Transportation have established schedules of return; you can ask for them at the park.
• Transportation is collective and makes continuous stops at different hotels.
• Do you want to return to the hotel as soon as your activity is over? You can request an UBER or Private Taxi. Wild Canyon is not responsible for these services or their rates.

• Cancellations and refunds will not apply for those who being at the park decided not to do the activity.
• You may cancel your tour 48 hours in advance of the activity date for a refund, after this date any cancellation will be subject to 100% non-refundable fee.
