Moon Zipping Fire 🌕🔥 Night Zipline & Sunset UTV Tour
Night Adventure, Los Cabos
Moon Zipping Fire is one of the only outdoor night tours in Los Cabos: a single evening that begins by chasing the sunset on a UTV and ends with s'mores by the bonfire. You ride across the oasis at the center of the canyon, cross Mexico's largest hanging bridge as the light fades, then gear up to soar the canyon on night ziplines under the moon.
Back in the park after dark, the night keeps going: UTV rides between the lines, torch-lit hanging bridges, and the quiet of the desert once the sun is gone. When you think it is over, the Lion's Den Rooftop is waiting with dinner, a tequila tasting of a classic Mexican tradition, and a s'mores bar with drinks by the bonfire.
Wild Canyon Adventures sits at KM 19.5 of the Carretera Transpeninsular on the Tourist Corridor, less than 30 minutes from most hotels in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The park has operated since 2006 and holds IAAPA and FCCA certifications. Book direct to see your complete all-in price before you arrive.

Dusk, then dark
It starts in the afternoon, when the heat has broken and the canyon turns gold. You take the UTV out across the oasis and reach the hanging bridge just as the sky begins to fade. The desert looks different at this hour, softer, and the light does not last long.
Then it goes dark, and the park changes completely. You gear up for the night zipline tour and fly the canyon under the moon, crossing hanging bridges lit by torches, riding the UTV between the lines, and hearing the desert instead of seeing it.
When you think the night is over, the Lion's Den Rooftop is where it actually opens up. Dinner off the taco bar, a tequila tasting, and a s'mores bar with drinks around the bonfire. Nobody is in a hurry to leave, and by the ride home you are already replaying the whole night in your head.
Timing. This is an evening tour: it starts in the afternoon and ends at night. Your pickup time depends on your hotel location and is confirmed by email.

Ticket type. Kids are ages 8 to 12; Adults are 13 and over. Alcohol on the tour, including the tequila tasting, is for adults only.

Bring cash or card. For souvenirs, extra food, and services that are not included.

The Night Tour & What's Included
Moon Zipping Fire is a night adventure tour at Wild Canyon Adventures, one of the only outdoor night tours in Los Cabos. It runs across a single evening: you chase the sunset on a UTV, cross Mexico's largest hanging bridge as the light fades, fly the canyon on night ziplines under the moon, and finish on the Lion's Den Rooftop with dinner, a tequila tasting, and a s'mores bar by the bonfire. The tour takes place at Wild Canyon, at KM 19.5 of the Carretera Transpeninsular on the Tourist Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
The Moon Zipping Fire ticket includes round-trip transportation, the Park Entry Fee, a sunset UTV tour, a night zipline tour, dinner at the Lion's Den Rooftop (a taco bar with grilled chicken, beef and mushrooms, tortillas, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sauces and lime), a tequila tasting, a s'mores bar, and 5 drinks (1 non-alcoholic welcome drink, 1 cocktail or mocktail after the tours, and 3 drinks of your choosing during dinner). The only fee not included is UTV insurance, which is mandatory per driver.
Yes. The night zipline tour is the centerpiece of Moon Zipping Fire. After a sunset UTV ride, you gear up and fly Wild Canyon's zipline circuit after dark, crossing hanging bridges lit by torches and riding a UTV between the lines. It is one of the only night ziplining experiences in Los Cabos, run on the same canyon course as the daytime zipline tour but experienced entirely under the moon.
The standalone Zipline Tour flies Wild Canyon's full circuit during the day and focuses on ziplining alone. Moon Zipping Fire is a night tour that combines a sunset UTV tour, a night zipline tour under the moon, and a rooftop dinner with tequila tasting and a s'mores bar. Choose the daytime Zipline Tour for the complete zipline circuit in daylight, and Moon Zipping Fire for the full evening experience with dinner and drinks included.
Yes. Dinner is included at the Lion's Den Rooftop and is served as a taco bar with grilled chicken, beef and mushrooms, plus tortillas, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sauces and lime. The evening also includes a tequila tasting, a s'mores bar by the bonfire, and 5 drinks: 1 non-alcoholic welcome drink, 1 cocktail or mocktail after the tours, and 3 alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks during dinner. Alcoholic options, including the tequila tasting, are for adults only.
Timing, Logistics & Transport
Moon Zipping Fire runs across a full evening, starting in the afternoon and ending at night. The tour moves from a sunset UTV ride, to a night zipline tour, to a rooftop dinner with tequila tasting and s'mores, so plan for the whole evening rather than a short window. Round-trip transportation is included, and your exact pickup time depends on your hotel location and is confirmed by email.
Moon Zipping Fire is an evening tour. It begins in the afternoon so the sunset UTV ride lines up with dusk, then continues into the night for the zipline tour and the rooftop dinner. Because pickups are timed to your hotel location, the park confirms your specific pickup time by email after you book. This timing is what makes it one of the only outdoor night tours in Los Cabos.
Yes. Round-trip shuttle transportation is included from most hotels in Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, and San José del Cabo. Provide your hotel name and room number at checkout. The shuttle is group transportation with continuous stops, so pickup and return follow set schedules, which you can confirm at the park. Guests who prefer to arrive on their own can drive to Wild Canyon at KM 19.5 of the Carretera Transpeninsular.
Wild Canyon Adventures sits almost midway between the two, at KM 19.5 of the Carretera Transpeninsular on the Tourist Corridor. From most hotels in Cabo San Lucas the drive is under 30 minutes, and from San José del Cabo it is also under 30 minutes. Corridor hotels can be as little as 10 minutes away. Round-trip transportation for Moon Zipping Fire is included from most of these hotel areas.
Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothes for the UTV and zipline, and skip sandals or flip-flops. Because the desert cools down after dark, a light jacket or layer is worth having for the night ziplines. Bring bug repellent for the evening, a refillable water bottle, and cash or a card for souvenirs or extras that are not included. Phones and handheld cameras are not permitted during the activities, so the professional photo team captures your night instead.
Ages, Fees & Booking
Moon Zipping Fire is priced per person, with separate Kids and Adult tickets. The only mandatory fee not included in the ticket is UTV insurance, required per driver, which you can add at checkout or pay on arrival. Booking directly at wildcanyon.com.mx is the way to see your complete all-in price, including that fee, before you arrive.
Moon Zipping Fire uses two ticket types: Kids for ages 8 to 12, and Adults for ages 13 and over. The minimum age to take part is 8, which matches the minimum age for the night zipline tour. Alcoholic drinks and the tequila tasting are for adults only. The complete age and weight requirements for each activity are listed on the physical requirements page.
A valid driver's license is required for anyone who wants to drive the UTV on the sunset tour. Passengers do not need a license. The driver must present the license at the UTV station, and UTV insurance is mandatory per driver. Guests who ride as passengers can still take part in every other part of the night, including the zipline tour and the rooftop dinner.
The Moon Zipping Fire ticket already includes the Park Entry Fee and round-trip transportation. The one mandatory fee not included is UTV insurance, required for each guest who drives the UTV. It can be added when you book or paid on arrival. Booking directly at wildcanyon.com.mx is the way to see your complete all-in price before you get on the shuttle.
Yes. Moon Zipping Fire is a scheduled group tour that runs with a minimum of 15 guests per date. If a scheduled date does not reach the minimum of 15 guests, the tour is cancelled and affected guests receive store credit to rebook any other Wild Canyon Adventures experience they prefer. Booking earlier helps a date reach its minimum and confirm.
Moon Zipping Fire can be booked at wildcanyon.com.mx. Because it is an evening tour with limited departures and included transportation that must be scheduled to your hotel, booking at least 24 to 48 hours ahead is recommended to confirm your date and pickup. During peak season, from December through April when Los Cabos receives the most visitors, earlier booking is strongly advised. Cancellation is free more than 48 hours before your tour date.
Safety & Requirements
For the night zipline tour, the weight range is 55 lb / 22 kg to 300 lb / 136 kg per person. For the sunset UTV tour, the range is 90 lb / 40 kg to 330 lb / 150 kg per person. You should be able to walk about 45 minutes in intervals of 5 to 15 minutes over varied terrain. The tour is not recommended for pregnant guests, or for guests with heart, back, neck, visual, motor, or respiratory conditions, vertigo, fear of heights, or osteoporosis. The full table is on the physical requirements page.
The night zipline tour uses the same guided course, harnesses, helmets, and steel cable system as Wild Canyon's daytime zipline tour, operated by trained guides. The route is lit for the night, with hanging bridges illuminated by torches, and guides manage each launch and landing. As with any adventure activity, guests must meet the weight and health requirements, and phones and handheld cameras are not permitted during the flight for safety.
Handheld phones and cameras are not permitted during the activities for safety, on both the UTV and the ziplines. Instead, professional photographers capture the sunset ride, the night ziplining, and the rooftop evening, and the images are available through the photo center. This keeps your hands free during the tour and means the night is documented even though your own phone stays in a locker.
Wild Canyon operates year-round, and Los Cabos has one of the lowest rainfall rates in Mexico, with most rain concentrated between August and October. Activities may be modified due to weather conditions, and schedules can change without prior notice for safety. If conditions prevent the tour from running safely, contact the park at 624-144-4433 or info@wildcanyon.com.mx to arrange your options.
