We have a minimum age to participate in our Animal Sanctuary Tour:
- Age: +3 years old
- Park Entrance Fee is mandatory per person
- The use of cell phones is not allowed during the experience
- We recommend renting a GoPro to record your jump, you'll want to keep these memories forever
- We recommend coming with comfortable clothes, closed shoes, sun protection equipment, and biodegradable repellent

Considerations:
- The Road to El Ranchito can be a bit bumpy, consider this for the participation of the following people: pregnant, heart, back, neck, visual, motor, or respiratory impairment or limited mobility problems, as well as those with vertigo, and osteoporosis
- Children and Teenagers under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring cash, credit, or debit card for souvenirs, food, and other services not included

Physical Requirements
- Being able to Walk for 50 minutes in intervals of 5-15 minutes in varied terrain.
- Pregnant women with their babies are welcome to this experience.
- We recommended you have previous experience in outdoor activities.
- We recommend having previous experience interacting with animals.

Tips
Pay attention and follow the instructions all the time to avoid accidents.
- With your safety in mind, the use of cameras is not permitted. Our professional photographers will be there to capture your adventure at all times.
- Bring cash, credit, or debit card for souvenirs, food, and other services not included.
- Bring comfortable clothes and closed shoes preferably.
- Bring a hat or cap and sunglasses.
- We strongly recommend the use of biodegradable sunscreen.
- ATTENTION: Accidents caused by the use of mobile devices during the course of the activity or while driving, will not be covered by accident insurance and the customer must pay for all the expenses.
- No changes are permitted. Activities may be modified due to weather conditions. We reserve the right to change schedules without prior notice. No refunds can be made.
Round Trip Shuttle Transportation
Round-trip Shuttle transportation is not included. If needed, add it to your order here.
Please keep in mind:
- Pick-up time depends on your hotel location, you'll receive an email with confirmation for your pick up.
- Transport is group transportation, so we will pick up other people before arriving to the park for the tour.
- Transportation have established schedules of return; you can ask for them at the park.
- Transportation is collective and makes continuous stops at different hotels.
- Do you want to return to the hotel as soon as your activity is over? You can request an UBER or Private Taxi. Wild Canyon is not responsible for these services or their rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and refunds will not apply for those who being at the park decided not to do the activity.
- You may cancel your tour 48 hours in advance of the activity date for a refund, after this date any cancellation will be subject to 100% non-refundable fee.

The park entrance fee is an additional conservation charge that allows for maintaining and caring for more than 600 protected natural hectares of land.
That includes areas as:
- The Oasis
- Dry Creek
- Desert
- El Tule beach.
Every month we clean, rescue, and recondition brigades of areas for the conservation of flora and fauna.
Also, thanks to this fee, Wild Canyon can continue helping to rescue, adopt, and preserve different animal species to ensure their quality of life.
For Example:
- Help wild Animals that were taken from their habitats
- Rescue injured wild animals by other wild animals in the area
- Provide food and health care attention
