• We have minimum and maximum weights to participate in our Zipline Tour:
  • Line #1 to #7:
    • Min: 55LB / 22KG – Max: 300 LB / 136 KG
  • Line #8:
    • Min: 55LB / 22KG – Max: 250 LB / 113 KG
• Park Entrance Fee is mandatory per person
• The use of cell phones is not allowed during the experience
• We recommend renting a GoPro to record your tour, it's great to keep these memories forever. We have special accessories that do not jeopardize your safety during the tour

Recommendations:

• Hiking is required for this activity, so being able to walk for 45 minutes in intervals of 5-15 minutes in varied terrain is recommended
• Bring a hat or cap and sunglasses
• Previous experience in extreme outdoor activities is recommended, as this is a high-adrenaline activity
• For your safety and that of your baby, pregnant women are not allowed to participate
  
• People with heart, back, neck, visual, motor, respiratory impairment or limited mobility problems, as well as those with vertigo, fear of heights, and osteoporosis, will not be allowed to participate in this activity
